Refund and Return Policy

We are a small business that utilizes a "made-to-order" business model. We don't hold inventory and work with a production partner to produce products as needed. When our customers order with us, we request our supplier to produce the items for us. We do this to increase our cost and quality.
With that said, we want to offer you a quality guarantee. You can expect to receive the order quickly without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we will offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the product. Please note that you have 7 days from receiving your product to contact us.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense

Low print quality/wrong position/damage

Blurry edges, design placement issues, peeling paint, and scaling paint differ quite from the announced color.
Broken/Holes/Mechanical/Torn: The item arrived flawed due to the Provider’s or Carrier’s act or omission.

How long does the refund take?

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please check with your Delivery Company for lost/stolen packages
